Log into your C’Moi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
